Payment Options

We offer a variety of financial arrangements to help make your treatment affordable. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express). Along with the option to make three in-office payments, we also offer outside financing through Care Credit We will be glad to discuss these with you upon your arrival. 

Note: Not all dentistry can be predicted and treatment plans change.

Dental Insurance

We are a provider for Delta Dental of Arizona. For your convenience, we will file all of the necessary paperwork to the insurance company for your reimbursement. As a courtesy for our patients that carry other dental insurance will assist in submitting the information to your provider.

Please bring your insurance card with you on your first visit.
